The dressing on this “Glory Bowl” is the epitome of nutritious and delicious. We use it on salad, grains, steamed veggies… basically anything savoury. The kids devour it. We hardly ever go a week without making it.
The magical ingredient is nutritional yeast, which is loaded with vitamin B12. Don’t be shy about trying something new. Just watch out, it’s addictive!
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes*
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 tbsp tahini paste
Simply combine all ingredients in blender and voila!
I typically dial back the oil and dial up one of the other liquids.
